After your request is approved, you can either visit one of our local shops with the product or send the product to us by post.
For exchange, only exchange to similar products or models at the same or lower price is available. Additional payment isrequired if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product.
Only products in unopened, unused, unworn, and their original and resellable conditions, as determined by Little LUXUS, areeligible for exchange or return.
